Design-build

Design-build is a team working in the open from the start. When owners sit at the same table as architects, builders, engineers, and estimators, better ideas hold. Costs come down, schedules tighten, and the building is easier to run.

• Owner, architect, builder, and estimators at one table
• Cost and schedule argued before bids, not after
• A building planned so it is easier to operate

Karotech Construction Group is an Orlando general contractor, established in 1992. Florida license CGC1525584. Healthcare and senior living are the core of the work.
