  A downtown Orlando tenant build-out, interior and sidewalk, with a building permit of $250,000. The building stayed in use while the work was done.

• Staghorn clubhouse

  Apopka, Florida

  Three levels and 25,000 square feet in Apopka: pro shop, dining, events, and an underground cart barn. Owner, architect, and builder on one team.
